    I always try to maintain a non-judgmental view. For this, I like to wear my “goodwill glasses”, which allow me to stay curious and appreciative, even critical at times - but always fair.

    I believe that conflict represents an opportunity for growth and evolution. Feedback and direct communication are essential for cultivating a healthy communication culture where both harmony and conflict can coexist.
